Our office is located on Cheruparampath 1st Cross Road in Kadavanthra. It’s a busy part of Kochi, and the P.O. is right nearby. We deal with all sorts of tech stuff here. It’s not the kind of place with a glass front and fancy rugs. We have cables everywhere and parts of computers sitting on the workbenches. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a network is acting up. It can be frustrating when things don't work, but that’s just the nature of the job. We work with local businesses and people who just need their laptops fixed. The air conditioning in the office struggles sometimes when it’s hot outside. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If you come in, we just tell you what’s wrong and how long it might take to fix it. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people going to work. We’ve been in this Kadavanthra spot for a bit now and it suits us. It’s a practical workspace where we get things done without making a big deal out of it. We keep a lot of spare parts in the cupboards just in case. It’s a quiet life of fixing things and making sure the technology behaves itself.
