You’ll find Hierotep Solutions Private Limited at Aikkaraparambil House in Kolothumpadi, Vellookkara. This isn’t your typical office in a glass building. It’s a house, which gives it a much more personal and down-to-earth feel. We’ve set up our workspace inside, and it works out quite well for us. There’s a bit of a garden outside and it’s a lot quieter than being in the middle of a big city like Thrissur or Kochi. We don’t have a fleet of cars or a big sign out front. Most people who come here are locals or people who have been told where we are. It’s a very relaxed environment, but we still put in the hours. We handle all sorts of technical tasks right from here. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello, and it just feels like being part of a normal neighborhood. We don’t have fancy cubicles or a breakroom with a vending machine. We usually just sit together for tea and talk about regular things. It’s a very humble way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive decor or corporate jargon. We just focus on the solutions we are working on and try to make sure everything is done right. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working, and that seems to suit the team here just fine without any unnecessary stress or noise.
