Hevenly Tours

Our business, Hevenly Tours, is tucked away in the Kandathil Building on Amulya Street. We’re in the Ernakulam North area, very close to Banerji Road. It’s a handy location if you’re in that part of the city. We aren't a big, fancy agency with a lot of staff. Most of the time it’s just a couple of us handling everything from the phones to the paperwork. We do a lot of tour planning, which sounds more exciting than it is. Mostly it’s just making sure the buses or planes are booked and that the hotels know who is coming. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s got a bit of character. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we think it’s better to just be straightforward. If a trip is going to be expensive, we say so. If a certain route is difficult, we let you know. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We aren't perfect, and sometimes there are delays or issues with the systems, but we always try to fix them quickly. The office is simple, filled with brochures and old calendars. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking schedules and prices. It’s just what we do. We’re a local Ernakulam North shop through and through, just trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble or confusion.
