Our office is tucked away in Thodupuzha, inside the Jyothi Super Bazar at TMC 6/195. It’s a busy enough spot, especially with all the shops around in the bazar. If you know the Idukki district at all, you know Thodupuzha is quite the hub for everyone coming from the hills. We spend our days here at Hermosoftech Llp dealing with the usual tech work that comes our way. It’s not a massive place, just a decent-sized unit where the team can sit and focus. Usually, you’ll hear the sounds of the market downstairs while we’re upstairs working. It gets pretty humid sometimes, but we have some fans going to keep it manageable. We don’t really go for those high-end office decorations you see in big cities. It’s just practical stuff like chairs, tables, and our gear. We usually grab tea from the local shop nearby during our breaks. The building itself has been around for a while, so everyone in the area knows where the Super Bazar is. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kerala, we just want to do our jobs properly and go home to our families in the evening. There’s a lot of coming and going in this part of town, which makes the days go by pretty fast for all of us here. The bazar keeps things lively even when the work gets a bit repetitive.
