Henry & Farad Pvt Ltd is located right near Palarivattom Junction. If you are familiar with the area around Chakkaraparambu, you know the traffic can be a real headache some days. We have our office here and this is where all the planning happens. We deal with a lot of technical work and engineering projects that require a fair bit of focus. It is not a very loud place, mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking over drawings. We have been around for some years, slowly building up what we do from this spot. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We spend a lot of time on the phone with clients or out visiting sites to see how things are progressing. It’s not always easy, especially when deadlines are tight and things don't go exactly according to the initial sketch. We try to keep things organized, but there is usually a pile of paperwork somewhere that needs sorting. The location is convenient for us because it’s easy for people to find, even with the busy junction nearby. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just a functional space where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road during our breaks. It is a steady pace of work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and we just keep pushing through the pile.
