Our company, Hardleys Ingredients Private Limited, is run out of Xv/674 in Elavumkudy. We are over in the Thekkamala Meprathupady area. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but that is exactly where we are located. We are set up C/O Mr. Kishorbabu E T. Being in this part of the region means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and some very quiet roads. We work with different food ingredients every day. It is not a flashy setup with glass walls or anything. We have a simple workspace that gets the job done for us. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of new stock coming in, but we always make it work somehow. The neighbors know us well, and we try to keep the noise down as much as possible. It is mostly manual work and keeping track of what goes in and out of the door. Meprathupady is a small place, so everyone knows everyone else’s business around here. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that on the payroll. We just focus on the orders we get from people who know us. The day starts quite early for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be packed and shipped. It is a simple life. We deal with local suppliers and try to get the best stuff we can find.
