Family Business

This is basically just the house in Varapuzha where we run things. Praveen Jolly operates from Chakiath House here in the Thundathumkadavu area. It is a quiet part of the Ernakulam district in Kerala, and we like it that way. The pin code is 683517 for anyone trying to find us or send over letters. Since we are a Family Business, we don't have a big corporate office in the middle of a city. We just use a few rooms here at the house to keep our records and handle our paperwork. It is a very relaxed environment. Most of the time, it is just us sitting around the table making sure the bills are paid and the customers are looked after. We’ve lived in this house for a long time, so it was the easiest place to set up shop. The neighbors all know what we do, and sometimes they stop by to chat. We don't have any big marketing plans or a staff of hundreds. It is just a small, local operation that we manage ourselves. Being in Kerala means the weather is often nice, and we can leave the windows open while we work. It’s a practical way to run things without all the stress of a big office. We just take things one day at a time and do the best we can from right here at home.
