Our office is at 38/130 in the Gpva Complex on Karshaka Road. We are on the ground floor, which is convenient. Being near the Ernakulam South Railway Station means there is always a lot of movement nearby. You can hear the whistles of the trains throughout the day. At Gru India Pvt Ltd, we keep things very simple. We don’t have a lot of staff or any expensive decor. It’s just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. The complex itself is quite busy with other small businesses. We’ve been here for a while and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. Some days the office feels a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to sort through. We usually start the day with a quick meeting and then just get to work. There isn’t much drama here. We just handle the tasks as they come in. Sometimes the internet goes down or the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we just keep going. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have any fancy titles or corporate rules. We just work together to get things finished. After work, some of us walk over to the station to catch our trains home. It’s a regular job in a busy part of Ernakulam. We usually grab a coffee from the stall nearby before we start the morning.
