You can find us in Kbt Tower on Arangathu Road, which is over in Ernakulam North. We are situated near the Pulipady Bridge, so that is usually the best way to explain where we are to people. The bridge is a busy landmark and there is always a lot of traffic nearby. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive furniture. It’s just a room with some desks, computers, and the usual office supplies. We spend our time working on travel bookings and helping people with their itineraries. Ernakulam North has its own vibe, a bit different from the south, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. We don’t use any marketing speak or try to sound like a big company. It’s just us working here. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. We have a small area where you can sit and wait. We try to be efficient, but sometimes these things take time, especially with the paperwork. There is a small tea shop nearby that we visit when we need a break. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don’t have a grand mission or anything. We just help people get their tickets and travel plans sorted out so they can get on with their trips.
