Gramananma Oils Limited Liability Partne Rship is a small oil business we run out of Aluva. Our site is on Cheerakada Road, which is right in the Aluva Municipality area. We work out of a place called Kottancherry House. It’s a local operation through and through. We focus on making oils the way people around here expect them to be made. There’s no big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us and a couple of workers who have been with us for a while. We spend our days handling the raw materials and keeping an eye on the production process. The building on Cheerakada Road isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we can get the work done. Sometimes the machinery acts up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the job. Aluva is a busy place, and we try to keep up with the local demand. We aren't looking to become a global brand. We just want the families in the neighborhood to have good oil for their cooking. We keep our records in a simple ledger and talk to our customers face to face. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving sacks and barrels around. But it feels good to see the finished product ready to go. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business in our own town and make sure the quality stays where it should be.
