Goodwill Holidays

We are over at the Yasana Building on GP Road. It’s on the first floor. If you know the TD Road Junction, we are right around there. It gets pretty busy outside during the day, mostly because it is so close to MG Road. We’ve been running Goodwill Holidays from this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we handle all the travel bookings. Some days the traffic on GP Road is a bit much, but we like being in this part of Ernakulam. You just walk up the stairs and you will find us. Usually, one of us is sitting at the front desk dealing with phone calls or paperwork. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just a few desks, some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips, and maps on the wall. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets buried under brochures and printouts. Being on the first floor is nice because we can look down at the street. People come in from the junction all the time asking for directions or travel help. We just do our work and try to help folks get where they need to go without too much fuss. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though we are so close to the main city center. We just stay here doing our thing and keeping it real.
