We are part of the Ramamangalam P.O. section of Kolenchery in Ernakulam. It’s a bit out of the way from the main city traffic, which we actually prefer. Our office is a straightforward place where we get our software work done. It’s not a polished corporate space. We have our desks, some bookshelves that are mostly filled with old manuals, and a lot of hardware scattered around. We are a small team and we’ve all been working together for a while now. We don't have fancy titles or strict hierarchies. If there’s a problem with a project, we all just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. Most of our days are spent coding or talking to clients on the phone. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes we bring in food to share, and we take our breaks whenever we need them. It’s a very local business. We know our neighbors and we like being part of the community here in Ernakulam. We don’t spend money on big advertisements.
