At Gentek Computer Services Pvt. Ltd., we are located at No. 63/291 on the Kaloor Kadavanthra Road. It is a very busy stretch of road, right near Akshaya Hospital. If you are looking for us, we are basically opposite the Gokul Oottupura restaurant, which is where most people end up going for lunch anyway. Being in Kadavanthra means we get all sorts of people coming in with computer problems. Some days it is a broken screen, and other days it is a software issue that takes hours to figure out. We are not a big flashy tech firm from the IT park; we are just a local service center. The shop is usually full of spare parts and half-finished repairs, which is just how it goes when you are busy. We do not have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. We have been in this spot for quite a bit, and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we are still here doing the same thing. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job for someone who needs their laptop back for work the next day. We do not mind it much. It is just part of the routine here in Kadavanthra.
