Frizbane Technologies Private Limited is set up in Puthiyedath House on D P O Road. This is right in the Malappuram P O area, 676505. Being on D P O Road means we are right in the thick of things. There’s always the sound of motorcycles and buses passing by outside our windows. Puthiyedath House is an older building with a lot of character. The rooms are a bit oddly shaped, but we’ve made them work for our needs. We have our main workspace where most of us sit, and a smaller back room where we keep all the extra supplies and the water cooler. It’s a very human-scale operation. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just have a list of things that need to get done today. Sometimes we all go out for a quick snack at the corner shop when we need a break from the screens. Malappuram is a busy place, but inside Puthiyedath House, we have our own little rhythm. We handle our tasks, answer the emails, and deal with whatever problems come up. It’s not a polished environment, and we often have stacks of files sitting around on the desks. We are just a group of people working together in a convenient spot in town. It’s a real, messy, and honest place to work every day for the staff here.
