Focus Travel & Tourism

Our office for Focus Travel & Tourism is at Door No. 39/2544, on the 2nd floor of the Har Building. We are situated in Pallimukku, Ernakulam, right across from the Avenue Regent on M.G Road. This is a very active part of town, so there is never a dull moment looking out at the street. The walk up to the second floor is short, and once you’re inside, you’ll see we have a pretty basic setup. There are a few computers, a printer that sometimes acts up, and plenty of pens scattered around. We spend our hours going through travel documents and making sure everything is in order for people’s journeys. It gets a bit warm in the office during the middle of the day, but we manage. Being in the 682016 zip code puts us right where people need us. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights; it's just a regular door in the Har Building. Most of our work is done over the phone or through email, but we still have people coming in to drop off documents or ask questions in person. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications. It’s just us, working through the daily tasks of a travel agency in Kochi. We stay late most nights to make sure we haven't missed anything important for the next day's travelers before we finally turn off the lights.
