F M Supermarket

F M Supermarket is over at 6 C in Kadavanthara, Vazhakkad. It’s a decent-sized place where we stock everything from groceries to household stuff. We opened up here because the neighborhood needed a reliable spot to pick up their weekly supplies without having to travel too far. It isn't one of those massive chains, just a local store where we try to keep the shelves full. The layout is a bit tight because we want to offer as many choices as possible. You’ll find the produce near the front and the dry goods further back. We have a couple of billing counters, though during the rush hours, the lines can get a bit long. The staff is mostly local kids or people from the nearby blocks. We spend a lot of our morning hours checking the expiry dates and restocking the milk and bread. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the big delivery trucks show up and we have to move everything inside quickly. We don't use a lot of fancy advertising. People just know we are here. The floor gets swept a few times a day, but with people coming in from the street, it’s hard to keep it spotless. It’s a practical shop for practical people, and we just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who walks through the door. We stay open pretty late to catch the people coming home from work and the evening walk crowd as well.
