Etail Networks Pvt Ltd is located in the Surabhi Building, which is No.35/1854-A on South Janatha Road in Palarivattom. It’s a decent spot, though the rain can really come down hard in this part of Kochi. The office is pretty simple, with a few rooms where we keep our servers and workstations. South Janatha Road is a busy stretch, so there’s always a bit of a hum from the traffic outside. We spend our time working on networking stuff, which means a lot of cables and checking connections. It’s the kind of work that requires patience more than anything else. The building itself is okay, nothing too modern, but it stays cool enough during the day. We are a small crew here, and we usually just eat our lunch together in the small break area we set up. Most of the people around here know us as the tech guys in the Surabhi building. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the network issues that come our way. Sometimes the work is slow, and other times we are running around trying to fix a major outage, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We’ve been in Palarivattom for a bit now and we like the vibe of the area. It’s a practical place to be based, and we just keep our heads down and do the work we are paid for.
