Our business, Compuguards Computer Rentals Cochin, is based in the SNDP Building at Alinchuvadu. Specifically, we are at No. 33/171 A2. It’s a decent-sized space because we have to store a lot of equipment. We have stacks of monitors, laptops, and CPUs ready to go out whenever someone needs them for an event or a short-term project. The SNDP Building is a well-known spot in the area, which makes it easier for people to find us. It’s mostly a warehouse-style setup here. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything. Most of our time is spent testing machines and packing them into crates for transport. It’s hard work moving all that heavy gear around, but we've got a system for it now. We’ve been doing rentals in Cochin for a long time. The office is usually full of wires and power strips. We don't really do much in the way of sales; it’s mostly just the rental side of things. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s silent. We just deal with whatever comes in. Being at Alinchuvadu is helpful because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly from here. It’s a basic, functional workplace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that local businesses can call when their own tech fails or they need extra units for a week.
