Esarieo India Private Limited is based at X/370, 371. It’s a plain sort of place, nothing that would stand out if you were just driving past. We don't really see the point in having a flashy building when most of our work happens inside on our computers anyway. The space we have is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, a couple of old fans that squeak sometimes, and piles of papers that we really should sort through one of these days. We aren't some big corporate machine with layers of management. We’re just a small group of people who know how to get things done without making a big fuss about it. The day usually starts with someone making a pot of tea and then we just dive into whatever is on the list for that morning. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work is right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but we try to get home at a decent hour. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned that being honest and working hard counts for more than a fancy office address. It's just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their best every day.
