We are tucked away in Mamangalam, over in the Palarivattom area. It’s a decent spot to work from, away from the heaviest traffic but still close enough to everything. Our office is where we handle all the tech stuff for Dintis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms with enough space for our team to sit and work on their laptops. We spend most of our time writing code or fixing bugs that pop up. It’s a pretty quiet environment most of the time, except when we’re debating how to solve a specific problem. We don’t really do the whole corporate dress code thing; we just wear what’s comfortable and get on with it. A lot of us have been together since the start, so we’ve seen the company grow bit by bit. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work and make sure the projects we finish are solid. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we usually try to keep a normal schedule. There’s a small kitchen where we make tea and take a break from the screens for a few minutes. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we know how to do, one project at a time, right here in our corner of town without making any big fuss.
