We are located at Door No. 171A/3 in Thrithala. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities, but we like it. Crossgen Technologies Private Limited is a small outfit. We don't have hundreds of employees or a glass skyscraper. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on our technology projects. Being in Thrithala means we know our neighbors and things feel a bit more personal. We started this because we saw a chance to do tech work without having to move to a huge IT park. Most of us grew up around here or nearby. The office is basic—tables, chairs, computers, and a place to eat lunch. We handle things as they come. There isn't a complex hierarchy here; if something needs doing, whoever is free grabs it. The rainy season is always interesting because the roads get muddy, but we still make it in. We’re just trying to build a stable business that supports our families and does right by the people we work for. We don't use big words to describe our day. We just say we’re going to work. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. If you’re ever passing through Thrithala and see our door, that’s where we are, probably arguing about some technical detail or another.
