Our company is Cozant Systems Private Limited. We are located at 14/475M in the Kadayatheri Complex. This is in the Kuzhivelipady area of Edathala, which falls under Aluva in Ernakulam. It’s a handy location for us because it’s not too far from the main roads but stays a bit away from the heaviest city noise. The complex we are in has a few other shops and businesses, so there is always people coming and going. Our office is just a regular room filled with desks and a lot of hardware. We do a lot of system-related work, so there are always wires and parts lying around. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We have a small group of staff who handle everything from technical support to planning out new projects. We aren't big on formal meetings or long reports. Usually, we just talk over whatever problems we are facing and try to solve them right then and there. Aluva is a good spot to be based in Kerala, especially with the airport not being too far away. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together in the small break area. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do. We don't try to be something we’re not; we’re just a local business trying to do a good job every day. There are no fancy titles or dress codes here.
