Codesmech Soft Technologies Private Limited

We are Codesmech Soft Technologies Private Limited and we work out of a place called Ushus on St Jude Lane. The official number is Tc 100/1634. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, which is nice because it stays quiet. We don't get much noise from the main roads. The office is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s filled with the usual stuff like keyboards, monitors, and empty coffee mugs. We started this company because we had some skills in software and wanted to see if we could make it on our own. It’s been a journey with ups and downs. We don't have any corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have a whiteboard with a bunch of scribbles that only we understand. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours. Other times, things click quickly. It’s a small team, so we talk to each other across the room instead of sending emails. St Jude Lane is a pleasant area to walk through when we need a break. We’ve gotten to know the neighbors a little bit. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't looking for fame, just steady work and a place to do it. Ushus has been a good home for us so far. We hope to stay here for a long time.
