You can find Chandaria Tours & Travel Services on the ground floor of Mama Complex. We are on Palace Road in Mattancherry. It is very easy to spot because we are right near the Bank of Baroda. Actually, the bank is the best landmark if you are coming from that side of Ernakulam. Being in Mattancherry, the whole area has a specific feel to it, a bit more traditional and busy in its own way. Our office is a simple one. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few chairs for when people come in to ask about tickets or tours. It is not a polished corporate space. It is just where we do our business every day. Sometimes the ground floor gets a bit dusty from the road, but we keep the fans going. We have been here for a long time and know the Palace Road area very well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. It is just a few of us making sure things get done. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us in the Mama Complex. It gets busy during the middle of the day with people going to the bank or shopping nearby. We just stay focused on our work and try to help whoever walks through the door with their travel needs. It is a straightforward operation.
