We are located at House No. VIII/197 D10, which is part of the DD Misty Hills complex in Thengode. Specifically, we are in Tower 2, Flat No. 201J. It’s a bit different than a traditional office building since it’s an apartment setup. Candw Software Technologies Privatelimited started here and we’ve just stayed. Thengode is a growing area, and being in Misty Hills gives us a bit of a view. It’s a residential atmosphere, so it’s usually pretty calm. We have our desks set up in the main rooms of the flat. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it works for what we do. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a desk. You just come to the flat. Sometimes the lift in Tower 2 is slow, but we’re on the second floor so it’s not a big deal to take the stairs. Most of our work is done on laptops, so we don't need a lot of heavy equipment. We like the quiet of the Thengode P.O. area. It’s away from the main city noise of Kochi but still close enough to get things done when we need to. We don't have any big slogans or goals we talk about. We just sit down, do the software work, and go home to our families. It’s an honest way to make a living and it keeps us busy throughout the week.
