We are located at House Of Grace, which is on the Karachottimoolapanchayat Road in Kuzhivelipadi. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet enough area for us to focus on what we need to do. At Beth Soft Technologies, we don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hi kind of place. We spend our time working through various software tasks. Some of us have been here since the start and we’ve seen the road outside get paved and change over the years. We like being tucked away from the main city noise. It lets us actually think. We don't have any big speeches about what we are doing; we just know that we have work to finish and we do it. The team is small, so we all know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. It feels more like a small group of friends who happen to be good at tech stuff. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when things get busy. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here on the panchayat road. We’re just regular folks trying to make a go of it in the tech world. There is always someone making tea in the back and that keeps us going through the afternoon.
