We are based out of Villa 81 in the Sukriti complex, which is part of Tulsi Green Field. It’s over in Vadacode, near Brahmapuram. It’s a nice enough residential area, so it’s fairly quiet during the day which helps us focus. We aren't your typical office-dwelling team. Working out of a villa gives us a bit more breathing room than a cramped building in the city center. We set up Adviciya Solutions to handle various business needs and tech tasks. We don’t have a giant sign out front or a receptionist at a desk. It’s mostly just us sitting around with our laptops. We like the vibe of Brahmapuram. It feels a bit more grounded than the busy parts of Kochi. When we need a break, we can just step outside for some air. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while. We don't really have a boss who tells everyone what to do every second. We just know what needs to be finished by the end of the week. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but usually, we try to keep regular hours. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't making grand promises to change the world. We’re just trying to provide decent solutions and keep our clients happy without making things more complicated than they need to be. It works for us and the people we work with every day.
