25 Norsoft is located in Sithara House. That's at 1/308 on Lilly Street right in Fort Cochin. If you know the area, you know it’s got a lot of history and old buildings. Our place is part of that. It’s a bit different from working in a modern glass tower, which we actually prefer. The street is usually full of tourists and locals walking around. Sometimes you can smell the sea air if the wind is right. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Sithara House has its own character. Inside, we have our setup where we get through the daily workload. It’s not a corporate setup with cubicles and stuffy rules. We just have our desks and our equipment in this old part of Ernakulam. The pincode is 682001. Being in Fort Cochin means lunch breaks are usually spent grabbing something quick from a nearby stall. It’s a lively neighborhood to be a part of. We don’t really do fancy meetings; we just sit around and figure things out as they come up. The building has thick walls and keeps things relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. It’s just us working away on Lilly Street, trying to keep everything running smooth. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the old construction but it has a good feeling to it.
