24X7 Holiday Xplorer

We are based at Thundathil House on PP Road in Pattimattom. It's near the Double Paalam, which is a local landmark people use to find us when they are in the area. 24X7 Holiday Xplorer isn't a huge company with hundreds of employees and fancy uniforms. We are a small team working out of this house. Ernakulam has many travel agencies, but we like being here in Pattimattom. It's a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of the city center. We spend our days answering calls and trying to put together holiday plans for people. Sometimes it's a short trip to a nearby hill station, and other times it's something much further away. The name says 24X7, and we do try to be available as much as possible, though we have to sleep too. The office is just a room with some computers and a lot of maps and old brochures that have been there for years. We don't use any fancy sales talk or marketing tricks. We just tell people what is available and what it will cost them. It’s straightforward work. Most of our customers are locals from the Ernakulam area who know us by name. We’ve been in this house for a good while, so people know where to come when they want to go somewhere. It's not a polished corporate office, but it works for us and the people who visit. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
