If you head down Old Purulia Road No. 1 in Jamshedpur, that’s where you’ll find our branch. It’s a busy area and it stays loud for most of the day because of all the trucks and bikes going past. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit of time. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we need to do. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and some charts that we use for work. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all know the local spots to grab a quick snack or a tea. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than any other shop on the street. We handle the local side of things for the company, making sure the paperwork is right and the local contacts are happy. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the weather is bad and the road gets muddy. We just keep the fans running and stay focused on the computer screens. It’s an honest way to make a living in a city like Jamshedpur. We like being on Old Purulia Road because it feels like the heart of the working town. There’s no pretense here, just a group of people doing their jobs day in and day out without needing any corporate polish.
