So, we’re based out of 44/B, Shiv Singh Bagan. It’s in the Agrico area of Jamshedpur. Most people in town know Agrico well enough. It’s a solid part of the city. Our spot for Jsw Steel Ltd is just a regular building, nothing that stands out if you’re just driving by. Jamshedpur is a steel town through and through, so being here feels right for what we do. The office itself is quite plain. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual computer setups. It gets a bit noisy during the day with the local traffic and people moving around the neighborhood. We don’t have a big corporate front or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where the actual work happens. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the Bagan area has a lot of similar-looking gates, but we’re used to it. We spend our mornings going through orders and the afternoons are for follow-ups. There’s a nice breeze sometimes in the evenings, which is a relief. We’ve got a small kitchen area for making coffee and snacks. It’s not a fancy place, just where we come to put in our hours for Jsw Steel Ltd. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We just focus on the tasks at hand and keep the wheels turning without much fuss or bother.
