Working here at 16, Cross Rd No 6/E in Jamshedpur is a bit like working anywhere else in this steel city. You can feel the industrial vibe everywhere. Our office isn't some high-rise; it’s just a regular spot in the neighborhood where we show up every morning. Jamshedpur is a town where everyone knows someone who works in the plants or the offices nearby. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The road can get a bit congested during shift changes, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic. Inside, it’s mostly desks, some old filing cabinets, and the sound of people talking on phones. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just do our part in the bigger picture of what the company does. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. Checking lists, making sure orders are moving, and talking to the drivers. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s a steady kind of life here in Jharkhand. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get through the daily tasks and make sure nothing gets messed up. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and being in Jamshedpur means we are right in the middle of all the action, even if our specific street is a bit quieter than the main factory roads.
