Down in Adarsh Nagar, specifically in the 7th Phase North area of Sonari, you’ll find our branch. It’s 59A. Jamshedpur is a planned city, but this corner feels very lived-in and comfortable. We’ve been operating from here for a while. The office isn’t huge, but it fits us just fine. We have a few desks pushed together and a small area for files. It’s pretty quiet in this part of Sonari compared to the city center. We like that. It helps us focus on our work for Usha Martin Limited without too many distractions. There’s a nice tree outside that gives some shade in the afternoons. Sometimes we step out for a breather when the office feels a bit cramped. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. We know each other’s coffee preferences and whose turn it is to clean the break area. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular workday. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork here. It might seem boring to some, but it keeps us busy. We try to get everything wrapped up by five so we can beat the traffic. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy, just a group of people doing their bit in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and we rarely have any issues with the local utilities.
