The Indian Steel And Wire Products Limited is over in Bhalubasa, near the P.O. in Indira Nagar. We’re right by the Aiwc Sholl, which is a place everyone around here knows. It’s a big plant and there is a lot of history in these walls. We’ve been making wire and steel stuff for a very long time. It’s a loud environment with the machines running day and night. You can always hear the clinking of the metal. We have a lot of workers, and many of them live just a short walk away. It’s a real part of the community here. The office part of the building is old-fashioned with big heavy ledgers and old fans that click while they spin. We don't really bother with fancy modern stuff if the old way still works. There’s always a bit of grease on the floor and the smell of industrial work in the air. We don't do much in the way of promotion. The work we do speaks for itself, I guess. Sometimes we have issues with the transport trucks getting delayed, which messes up our schedule. But we just deal with it and keep the production lines moving. It’s a steady job and it’s what keeps the neighborhood going. We aren't looking to change much; we just want to keep the machines running and the orders going out. We take our tea breaks and talk about the news.
