The building is older and has a very local look to it. We do not have a big sign or any professional branding. It is just a regular room where Rakesh and the rest of us handle the daily work. The atmosphere is very casual and honest. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy coffee machine. We just drink tea from the local shop and focus on our tasks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of Jamshedpur. We like the simple setup we have here. It is a practical place that does not try to be anything special. We are just part of the local scene in Agrico, doing our work in a modest ground-floor office.
