Our office is located at B-15 in Vijaya Homes, which sits right on Rivers Meet Road in Sonari. This is one of the nicer spots in Jamshedpur because you’re so close to where the rivers come together. In the mornings, you see people out for walks or jogs before the heat really sets in. The building is part of a residential complex, so it’s very quiet and safe. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s just a regular door that leads into our workspace. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few computers. We like it here because it feels more relaxed than being right in the middle of the steel works. You can actually hear the birds sometimes instead of just the machines. We spend our days coordinating various projects and keeping track of schedules. Sometimes we walk down to the river during our lunch hour just to get some fresh air. The community in Vijaya Homes is friendly, and we know most of the people who live in the neighboring blocks. It’s a good setup for the kind of work we do, which requires a bit more focus and less rushing around. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for us. We’ve got some photos on the wall from old company events, but that’s about as much decoration as we have. It’s a comfortable place to get things done.
