Tata Steel Tube Division

Our division is located at 29 Kadani Road in New Baridih, Jamshedpur. The pincode is 831017. This part of Jamshedpur is where we handle the tube side of the business. It is a practical location. We have a lot of inventory moving through here. The yard is usually full of different lengths of steel tubes. It is a bit noisy when the trucks are loading up, but you get used to it after a few days. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you are pretty much right in the middle of the workspace. There is a lot of paperwork to keep track of every single tube that leaves the site. The guys on the floor work hard, and the office staff tries to keep up with them. Kadani Road is a decent place to be based. We have been in New Baridih for quite a while now. It is a familiar routine for everyone here. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up as the sun goes down. Sometimes we have to stay late if a big shipment is coming in. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We focus on getting the tubes out to the customers without making any big mistakes. It is just simple, honest work every day. We also have to keep the gates clear for the transport vehicles.
