Our place is over at B 48 in Brindaban Garden, Sonari. Being in Jamshedpur, everyone knows this town is built on steel, and we are just one small part of that whole system. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main industrial zones, which is nice when things get hectic. We have a small crew here. Some of us have lived in Jharkhand our whole lives. We show up, check the schedules, and see what the trucks are bringing in or taking out. The office is tucked away in the garden area, so it’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for the number. It gets really hot in the summer, and the fans never seem to move fast enough. We share the space and everyone knows each other’s business. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. We just have the desks and the files we need. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up talking more to get things sorted out. It’s a very local feel here. We know the families nearby and try not to make too much noise in the mornings. It’s just the daily routine of working with metal and making sure the counts are right before the day ends. We don't have any big corporate meetings, just quick chats over tea to see what the plan for the day is. It's just a normal workplace with good people trying to do their best.
