We are based in Jamshedpur, which everyone knows is a big steel town. Our office is in the Tube Colony in Baridih. It’s a very specific part of the city, and people who live here know it well. We work on things related to the local industries, mostly focused on the mechanical and engineering side of things. Since we are in Jamshedpur, we are surrounded by plants and factories, so we fit right in. Our building is simple and doesn't stand out much. Inside, it's just a bunch of people who know their way around an industrial site. We don't have a lot of meetings about "strategy" or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be fixed or built and we get to it. Some of us have spent our whole lives in this town. We know how the local industry works. The office can be a bit messy with blueprints and safety gear lying around. It’s just the way it is when you’re actually doing the work. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just come by or call us. We keep it honest and we don't make promises we can't keep. Living and working in Jamshedpur means you understand that industrial life is about being practical and getting your hands dirty when needed.
