Hill Top School

Our school is tucked away in Telco Colony on A Road in Jamshedpur. It's a quiet, green part of the city, which makes it a nice spot for a school. We’ve been here for a long time, and a lot of the families in the colony have had kids come through these doors. The building has a classic look to it, with wide corridors and plenty of windows. In the mornings, you can hear the sound of the assembly and kids playing outside before the first bell. We have a playground that sees a lot of action during the lunch hour. The teachers here mostly live nearby, so it’s a very local feel. We don't go in for anything too corporate. We just focus on the daily routine of teaching and keeping the school running. Jamshedpur is a town built on industry, and we reflect that sensible, hard-working attitude. There’s always a bit of dust from the playground and the smell of old books in the library. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud in the summer, but we make do. It’s a comfortable place where everyone knows each other’s names. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to make sure the kids are getting what they need every day without making a big fuss.
