You can find us near the Ram Mandir on Balikela Road in Sonari. This part of Jamshedpur is quite lively, and our school is a big part of the local scene here. Since we are a girls' high school, we have a lot of local families sending their daughters to us. The building is situated in a way that makes it easy to find if you are familiar with the Ram Mandir area. It’s a busy street, so we have to be careful with the gate during the start and end of the day. The classrooms are filled with the sound of lessons and the occasional laughter from the hallway. We have a small playground, but it gets the job done for physical education classes. Our staff is mostly made up of women from the neighborhood who have been teaching here for years. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that; the principal’s room is just a small office with a lot of books and old trophies. We deal with the usual school problems like leaky pipes or broken desks as they come up. Jamshedpur is an industrial town, so people here appreciate a straightforward approach to things.
