We are located out in Gamharia, near Jamshedpur, right by the Station Road. If you know where Vidyasagar School is, we are just a short distance from there, situated at F.C. Das's place. Caparo Engg India Pvt. Ltd. is involved in the engineering side of things, which makes sense given how much industry is around this part of Jharkhand. It’s a dusty area sometimes because of all the trucks and the proximity to the station, but we don't mind much. Our day usually starts pretty early to beat the heat and the traffic. We have a small crew here, and we spend most of our time dealing with parts, machinery, and technical drawings. It’s not the kind of place with air-conditioned lobbies and free coffee. We usually just have a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. The work involves a lot of coordination with other branches and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, or a delivery is late because of the trains, but we manage to sort it out. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the locals around Gamharia know us as the engineering guys down the road. We just try to keep things moving and do our bit without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes things get loud with the station nearby, but you just get used to it.
