Alfa Engineering Industries

Alfa Engineering Industries is located out here in the Adityapur Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No.B-21 in Phase-II. If you know this part of Seraikela Kharsawan District, you know it is all about industry and hard work. Our place is pretty close to the Bajaj Services Center, which helps people find us when they are driving through the industrial blocks for the first time. It is a noisy area with trucks moving in and out and the sound of machines coming from every other gate. We have been in this spot for a while now, dealing with the daily grind of engineering production. The workshop gets a bit dusty and the floors are stained with oil, but that is just the nature of the work we do here. We are not into fancy decorations or big offices. Most of our space is dedicated to the machines and the materials we use. We start early in the morning when the shift begins and keep going until the work is finished for the day. Being in Phase-II means we are surrounded by other people doing similar industrial work, so everyone knows the struggle of keeping things running smoothly. It is a tough environment but it is where we belong. We just focus on our own tasks and try to keep everything moving at a steady pace.
