Bhushan Power & Steel Limited

This place is located at Qr.No Type Iii 1/5 in the U.C.I.L Colony in Jaduguda. It’s out in East Singhbhum, Jharkhand, and things are a bit quieter here than in the big cities. We are part of the Bhushan Power & Steel Limited network. Being in a colony means we are right in the middle of where people live and work. The office is really just a simple setup to keep track of local operations. You can see the hills sometimes if the weather is clear. We spend a lot of time checking on the logistics for the steel side of things. It is not a very formal place. Most of the guys just wear regular clothes and we drink a lot of tea while we go over the spreadsheets. We’ve been here in pin code 832102 for a bit. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if the work isn't always exciting. We deal with whatever comes up, whether it’s a truck that broke down or a delay at the site. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign out front. People just know where we are. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood. We keep the files organized and try to make sure everything stays on track. That’s about all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
