We are located at B 37/38 in the 2nd Phase of the Adityapur Industrial Area. Being in Jamshedpur, near Suraj More, means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial shops. Akshay Steel Works Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are really just a group of people who know how to work with steel. The industrial area is a busy place with a lot of smoke and noise, but that’s where the work happens. We spend our days on the shop floor, managing the machines and making sure the steel is being handled right. It isn’t a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes that can get dirty because they definitely will. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, look at the orders, and start the machines. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it, which is frustrating but part of the job. We aren't looking for awards. We just want to get the steel products finished and shipped out to whoever bought them. Jamshedpur is a tough town for this kind of work, and we fit right in. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep our focus on the work in front of us and try to stay productive. It’s what we do.
