Eee Cee Rozo

Eee Cee Rozo is up here in Shillong. Our spot is right by Woodland Hospital, which is a big landmark in the 793001 area. Since we are so close to the hospital, we see a lot of people who are either visiting someone or working there. Shillong can be a bit cold and rainy, but we are just here doing our thing. It’s a simple place, not one of those big chain restaurants you see in the bigger cities. We just focus on being a reliable spot for people in this part of town. The hospital being right there means there is always someone around. We don't have a very long history to talk about or anything like that, we just opened up and started serving people. The address is pretty straightforward since everyone knows where Woodland is. We just keep the lights on and the food ready. It is a bit of a local hangout for some, while others just grab something quickly and leave. The streets in Shillong have a certain feel to them, and being near the hospital makes it feel like a very grounded, necessary part of the neighborhood. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving. There’s no big corporate story here, just us at Eee Cee Rozo. I guess it is just a normal way to earn a living in a place like this.
