We are right in the middle of the action at 71/72 Lakshmi Nagar Main Bazar, near Guru Ramdass Vihar. If you know the Main Bazar, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. That’s where we’ve set up shop. Being in such a busy area means we get all sorts of people walking in. We handle properties around Lakshmi Nagar and the surrounding spots. It’s a lot of local knowledge—knowing which buildings are older and which ones have been renovated recently. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, talking to clients and making notes in our registers. We spend a good part of the day on the phone or out showing flats to families. Sometimes we’re climbing five flights of stairs because the lift is out, but that’s part of the life here. We try to give people the straight story on what a place is like before they even see it. There’s no point in wasting anyone’s time. We deal with rentals, sales, and all the usual paperwork that people find confusing. It’s a straightforward business for us. We’ve been in this bazar for a while and we plan on staying here, just helping neighbors find their next place to live or work. The market here is always changing and you have to be on your toes to keep up with it. We just take it one day at a time.
