Venkatesh Foods Industries is over here at No 52 in Mausam Vihar. Being in Krishna Nagar means there is always something going on outside our doors. We spend most of our mornings getting the machines ready and checking the supplies that came in. It's a lot of manual work and making sure the food stuff is handled correctly. People around here know us for being in this spot for a while now. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we get the work done. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job well enough. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen area gets a bit much, but that is just part of the business. We usually start quite early before the sun is too high. It helps to get a head start on the day's processing. The office part is just a few desks and a lot of registers. We don’t have fancy software or anything like that, just pens and paper mostly. Shipping out the orders takes up most of the afternoon. We have to make sure the packaging is tight so nothing spoils. It is a steady rhythm we have here. If you walk down Mausam Vihar, you can probably hear the noise from our unit. It is not quiet, but it means we are busy. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep things running.
