Vardhman Masala Co.

We are located over at Plot No. B-104/A in New Ashok Nagar. It is right on the Metro Road, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. You can see the metro trains passing by all day long. Our place is mostly filled with the smell of different masalas because that is what we do here. It is a busy little spot and we don't have much room to spare. We spend a lot of time packing things and getting them ready to go out. The floors are usually covered in a bit of dust from the spices but we try to sweep up as often as we can. It’s a small operation with just a handful of workers who live nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our time is spent just making sure the quality is okay and that we aren't running behind on our work. It gets pretty hot in the summer with the machines running but we have a few fans going to keep us cool. People from the neighborhood stop in sometimes just to say hello or ask about what we are doing. We are just a local company trying to get through the daily grind. It’s a lot of manual labor but we don’t mind it much. It is just how things are on Metro Road.
