The Laptopman

The Laptopman is located at Office-No 104 on the second floor of Main Vikas Marg. We are right in Laxmi Nagar, Block L, and a good way to find us is just to look for Metro Pillar Number 37. Being so close to the metro makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic on Vikas Marg is always a bit of a nightmare. Our office is small and simple. We’ve got benches for the laptops and a couple of chairs for people who want to wait while we take a quick look. It’s a noisy spot because of the horns and the metro trains passing by, but you stop noticing it after a while. We fix all sorts of laptop issues here. I’ve seen everything from spilled coffee on keyboards to screens that have been stepped on. We don't try to make it look like a high-tech lab. It’s just a workspace with a lot of tools and spare parts scattered around. Most of our days are spent squinting at tiny screws and trying to find the right part for an old model that isn't made anymore. It’s a lot of patience. People come in from all over Laxmi Nagar because it’s a convenient stop. We just do our thing, fix what we can, and keep the shop open until the last customer leaves. Sometimes it gets overwhelming when ten people walk in at once, but we just take them one by one.
